Als Produktionsmitarbeiter (m/w/) am Standort Villach haben Sie die Möglichkeit Ihr Wissen zielgerichtet einzusetzen, um unseren gemeinsamen Erfolg voranzubringen.

Dabei umfasst Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

• Ihre Aufgabe umfasst das Einrichten und Bedienen der Produktionsanlagen sowie die Überwachung und Kontrolle der Produktionsabläufe.
• Darüber hinaus sind Sie für die laufende Qualitätsüberprüfung unserer Produkte und die Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten zuständig.
• Für Ihren Arbeitsbereich stellen Sie die Einhaltung aller Vorgaben zu Arbeitssicherheit, Produktqualität und Umweltmanagement sicher.

Das sind Ihre Kompetenzen

• Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Schul- oder Berufsausbildung
• Grundlegendes technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
• Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (3-Schichtbetrieb)
• Die Fähigkeit im Team zu arbeiten und eine zuverlässige, selbstständige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise runden Ihr Profil ab.

Stellenbezogene Informationen

Diese Position unterliegt dem Kollektivvertrag der Metallindustrie mit einem kollektivvertraglichen Mindestgehalt ab € 35.963,20 brutto/Jahr. In Abhängigkeit vom Schichtmodell fallen noch diverse Zulagen und Zuschläge an.
