Job Description:

Main Responsibilities:

• Process SME Expectations: should possess deep process expertise, guide the team, identify improvements, and ensure best practices. People Team Leader Expectations: Team Leaders should lead and develop the team, oversee performance, provide feedback, and align with organizational goals.
• Acquire  expertise  in  the  design  and  coordination  of  label  creation  and  modification  processes  at  3M manufacturing  and distribution locations,  including  understanding procedures,  responsibilities,  policies,  and systems.
• Execute and coordinate tasks related to label design and implementation across various systems (e.g., SAP, MES, DMT, ELC).
• Ensure all requests are processed through established procedures, standard work, and related systems (e.g., ITSM, Blue, Share Point, GMCE).
• Validate received data and request new template creation when necessary.
• Conduct test print labels in collaboration with relevant plant functions. Assign task owners and approvers within the system, ensuring timely approval and completion of work.
• Collaborate with  assigned  divisions,  data  providers,  and  clients,  including  Marketing,  Business,  Regulatory Affairs, Customer Service, Legal, R&D, and Quality.
• Complete assigned tasks within Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets, including ticket resolution and team-controlled actions.
• Maintain up-to-date request status and actions to accurately reflect metrics or dashboards and prevent data corruption.
• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of all supporting systems, including Loftware, PLM, MICAW, GMCE, DMT/MES/SAP/ELC, ITSM, and Power BI, following the completion of training.
• Collaborate with system administrators for system needs or enhancements. Identify opportunities to improve data quality, process efficiency, or reduce cycle time.
• Escalate issues, as necessary.
• Ensure  compliance  with  national  and  international  laws  about  marking  requirements  as  defined  in  the Corporate Packaging Policy and apply 3M Global Shipper Label Policy guidelines.
• Uphold 3M's ethical principles in daily work.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager and the Global Manager of ELPGO.
• Adhere to ISO and Quality Management System (QMS) standards in daily work.
• Acquire  expertise  in  the  design  and  coordination  of  label  creation  and  modification  processes  at  3M manufacturing and distribution locations,  including  understanding procedures,  responsibilities,  policies,  and systems.
• Lead and manage the assigned team, ensuring effective performance and development.
• Oversee hiring,  training,  and  performance  management  within  the  team  to  foster  a  high-performing environment.
• Manage or coordinate non-routine or complex requests and issues, ensuring effective solutions.
• Ensure team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met and implement corrective actions if quality or service issues arise.
• Provide oversight to ensure the team completes work (queues, tickets, etc.) within Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Business or other stakeholders about team matters.
• Ensure the team completes all training and compliance requirements on time.
• Assist in service expansion or transition activities into the team, ensuring smooth integration.
• Ensure adherence  to  operational processes  (e.g.,  LMS,  Sprint/Agile) and  monitor  work  queues  to provide proper direction.
• Establish regular meetings with key stakeholders to ensure service delivery meets their expectations.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited university.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams.
• Strong command of the English language. Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Capable of completing assignments under pressure and within tight deadlines.
• Strong people skills, with the ability to interact professionally across all organizational levels.
• Ability to manage relationships with external partners effectively.
• Proven ability to coordinate tasks efficiently.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and experience with operational processes.
• Skilled in training and developing others.
• Collaborative team player with a strong sense of teamwork.
• Analytical mindset.

• Experience working across diverse organizations, countries, and business or functional processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Has background with Labeling & Packaging Graphics Operations.
• Experience in Project Coordination/Management and Knowledge of Master Data is preferred.
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience is advantageous.
• Good knowledge of Power BI or SQL
• Previous experience in SAP system will be an asset
