Job Description:

・福利厚生制度/年金・退職金制度の実行に責任を持ちます – (団体保険/退職/通勤/住宅/転勤など)

・ 福利厚生・退職金に関する給与リンク/入力/検証を確認します。

・ 3M総合福祉センター(b-Plaza) 運営担当 - アドバイザリーボードへの参加、組合代表者との協議の主導、決算を作成します。

・退職金および資産運用委員会運営担当 - 委員会の運営のリード、事務局担当・議事録作成、社内・社外のStakeholderとの連携、決算の作成、監査を担当します。

・HRオペレーションセンター および HRSD (Philippines) によって管理される通常のケースとは別のエスカレーション管理 を行います。

・ベンダー管理 – SLA、継続的な交渉、エスカレーションに従ってサービスを確実に提供します。

・ヘルス&ウェルネス – HIA、Health Living、EAP、その他のウェルネスプログラムの実施を担当 グローバル モビリティ関連のポリシー (着信/発信) を直接およびベンダーを通じて管理する責任を負います。

・ リード プロジェクト – Payroll/HROP/HRSDへのサービス移行 / Japan Benefits Contemporisation Project / DC Pension Project(社員の金融リテラシーの向上)/ Global/APAC主導のBenefits関連プロジェクト

・ 季節賞与の基本給組込プロ稀有とに関する福利厚生関連の対応アクション

・日本の福利厚生政策/基準の簡素化と市場との整合性について、労働組合/従業員と連携します。 (HR オペレーション部およびリーダーシップチームとの整合性に基づく)

・上記に関する規定改定・合意取得に対して、必要なデータ・検証を提供します。
