About the Role

Responsible to meet designated sales target; generate qualified opportunities; Works independently in managing assigned markets and territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the company's adhesive and tape products, including product features, benefits, and target applications
• Identify new customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Provide technical support and product demonstrations to customers, ensuring they understand product applications and benefits
• Develop key accounts; drive sales and marketing program aligned with division priority
• Monthly updates on sales activities, demand forecast, and competitor activity
• Based in Manila

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Science (Chemical, Industrial, Engineering) or equivalent
• Ideally 5-8 years sales working experience in manufacturing and industrial environment with good network and contact
• Go-getter, highly motivated and self-driven with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong key account management skills
• High ethical in business conduct
• Good analytical and presentation skills, proficient in English
• Possess own transport with valid driving license
• Willing to travel outstation
• Time management and highly disciplined
