Als Elektromechanieker ben je tijdens de shift eerste aanspreekpunt bij elektrische en mechanische storingen. Na grondige analyse van de storing voer je de nodige herstelling uit. Steeds oog hebben en consequent opvolgen van veiligheid, kwaliteit en orde/netheid.

• Diagnose stellen en structureel problemen oplossen aan productie installaties op elektrisch en mechanisch vlak
• Vervangen van kleppen, reduceer en veiligheidsventielen, pompen/motoren (incl. uitlijnen)
• Storingen oplossen op midden, laagspanning en meet en regelkringen
• Preventief onderhoud op bovenstaande domeinen
• Bereid zijn om jezelf constant bij te scholen om mee te zijn met de laatste mechanishe en elektrische onderhoudstechnieken
• Administratieve opvolging en afwerking van werkorders en verbruik rapporteren (SAP, shiftbook, ...)
• Proactief voorstellen en meewerken aan verbeteringen

Jouw vaardigheden en expertise

Om vanaf dag één succesvol te zijn in deze rol, zoekt 3M kandidaten die aan de volgende minimumvereisten voldoen:

• Een brede kennis, ervaring en interesse in mechanisch + elektrisch onderhoud van installaties en roterend equipment
• Een professionele bachelor electromechanica of gelijkwaardig
• Zelfstandig en efficiënt werken binnen een gemotiveerd team
• Zin voor verantwoordelijkheid en een positieve ingesteldheid
• Leergierig en gemotiveerd om continu te verbeteren in jou functie
