Job Description:

The person hired for the position of Heater Test/Os Operator will work at our **Lexington, KY plant site. **

As a **Heater Test/Os Operator,**you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world.

Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Proficient in the use of a microscope for detailed inspection work
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Performing welding of test leads using a capacitance discharge resistance welder
• Measure and verify cold resistance on each potted cathode assembly
• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections to ensure quality standards are met

Required: (Basic Qualifications)

• Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher completed and verified prior to start
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in manufacturing, production, or industrial environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• 2+ Years of Manufacturing experience
• Strong background in manufacturing, production, or plant operations

Applicants who meet the basic qualifications above will be required to take and pass 3M elected testing as a part of the selection process

The starting rate of pay for this position is $19.67 This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
