As an AI Product Engineer for AI CoE you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

• Supporting the full development, implementation, and lifecycle of AI products that streamline processes and increase organizational efficiency, from data preparation to testing and monitoring.

• Analyzing business needs, assessing the feasibility and business value of AI initiatives, recommending the best development directions, and translating findings into requirements for technical teams.

• Coordinating collaboration between business, product, and technical teams.

• Ensuring high‑quality user experiences through collaboration with designers and stakeholders.

• Conducting training and sessions that increase the adoption of AI solutions.

• Preparing analyses, presentations, and reports that support strategic decision making.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical and business teams.

• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and how it applies to AI applications and analytics initiatives.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling clear collaboration with product managers, data scientists, engineers, and business partners.

• 5–7 years of experience in business analysis, analytics, or technology strategy roles.

• Demonstrated experience supporting AI applications, data, or automation initiatives in a business environment

• Fluency in English. Please attach your CV in English.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related fields.

• Experience monitoring AI applications in cloud environments such as AWS and Azure.

• Familiarity with MLOps concepts from a business analysis perspective, including understanding model lifecycle stages and supporting CI/CD aligned workflows.

• Experience supporting agile teams or acting as a Scrum Master, with advanced proficiency in Jira for managing requirements, sprints, and project workflows.

• Proficiency with analytical and productivity tools such as Power BI, Confluence/Wiki, Visio, Git, and API based integrations to support documentation, analysis, and solution delivery.

Job specifics:

• Location: Wrocław, Mid Point 71, Powstańców Śląskich 9

• Work Arrangement: Hybrid – minimum 2 days per week/ 8 days per month in office

• Travel expectations: May include up to 10% (domestic/international)
