Als **Operator Produktie (m/v/) op onze krimpkous produktie afdeling in Amersfoort , krijg je de kans om je nieuwsgierigheid te benutten en samen te werken met enkele van de meest innovatieve en diverse mensen over de hele wereld.

• Toepassen van uw technische expertise bij de ombouw en controle van machines.
• Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor de geproduceerde producten.
• Integratie en continue verbetering van onze veiligheidsvisie.
• Samenwerken met operators en het gehele team om veiligheid, kwaliteit en service te garanderen.

Je vaardigheden en expertise
Om vanaf dag één succesvol te zijn in deze rol, zoekt 3M kandidaten die aan de volgende minimumvereisten voldoen:

• Succesvol afgeronde beroepsopleiding in de technische/industriële sector.
• Relevante werkervaring in machinebediening en technische kennis.
• VCA-diploma, heftruckcertificaat, EHBO-opleiding of bereidheid deze te behalen.
• Bereidheid om in een 5-dagen-3-ploegendienst te werken.
• Vloeiend Nederlands in woord en geschrift.
