The Impact You’ll Make in this Role:

We are seeking a Senior Manager – Treasury to lead our banking and treasury operations with expertise and strategic insight. This role is essential for driving effective bank account management, ensuring robust access controls, and advancing improvements across our banking infrastructure and operations.

• Oversee all aspects of bank account management, including opening, closing, and maintenance.
• Ensure secure and efficient access provisioning for banking platforms.
• Lead treasury projects focused on bank management and banking infrastructure.
• Manage and mentor a diverse team, fostering collaboration, accountability and high performance.
• Drive data accuracy and process efficiency in the Treasury Management system (TMS)
• Maintain proper segregation of duty across the banking platforms, TMS and related systems
• Support the intercompany netting process to enable efficient cashless settlement
• Partner with internal stakeholders and banking partners to streamline processes and strengthen controls.

Your Skills and Expertise:

• MBA in Finance from a premier institute or **Chartered Accountant (CA)*.

• Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience in treasury.
• Strong background in bank account management and access provisioning.
• In depth and hands-on experience with a leading TMS (ideally Kyriba) is a must.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects.
• Location: Bengaluru -Hebbal
• Hybrid working mode- 3 Days a week
