SAP Success Factors Reporting Consultant / Business Analyst
We are seeking an experienced SAP Success Factors Reporting Consultant / Business Analyst to deliver high‑quality HR and Payroll reporting using SAP Success Factors People Analytics. This role plays a critical part in transforming business questions into trusted insights by designing and delivering complex Story Reports across Employee Central and Time Management.
You will work closely with HR, Payroll, and Technology stakeholders to gather requirements, model data accurately across Success Factors schemas, and deliver scalable, audit‑ready reporting solutions that support operational and strategic decision‑making.
Key focus areas include:
End‑to‑end development of Story Reports in SAP Success Factors
Data modelling across Employee Central and Time Management schemas
Translating business and regulatory requirements into technical reporting solutions
Lead stakeholder engagement, workshops, and UAT support
Certifications (Preferred):

• SAP Certified – SAP Success Factors People Analytics: Reporting (C_THR92)
• SAP Certified Professional – Success Factors People Analytics Embedded Edition (highly regarded)

This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on Success Factors reporting experience, a strong understanding of HR data models in SF, and a consulting mindset focused on quality, accuracy, and business value/impact.

DO :

• Provide assistance in configuration of applications based on client requirements

• Collate configuration requirements from the functions/ BUs/ SLs and obtain approval from business owners

• Plan and execute assigned configuration tasks within deadlines

• Provide system configuration support based on changing business needs

• Assist in system analysis, design, development, and testing activities

• Provide support in developing, implementing and testing patch releases and system upgrades

• Maintenance of the configuration archive and its upkeep

• 100% compliance to configuration standards and procedures

• Make changes to existing configuration processes as per the client requirements and maintain proper documentation/ log

• Analyze and resolve configuration issues in a timely manner

• MIS Management, Reporting & Backend Support

• Preparation of Daily, Monthly status report on certain configuration parameters as required by the client & stakeholders

• Documentation & reporting as per the client need on configuration standards

• Issue resolution in minimum time possible with respect to any modification or change requested by the client
