Job Description Working Hours:

  • 8-hour shift scheduled anytime between 5: 00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, based on business needs.

  • This role requires working 100% onsite during the first 6 months, and continuing onsite presence depends on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service in invoicing, administration, order management, quotations, and master data.

  • Handle partner concerns and complex customer requirements, working strictly within guidelines and collaborating with sales, distribution, and finance teams to resolve issues.

  • Become proficient in Customer Relationship Management systems.

  • Adhere to company policies, operational regulations, and training guidelines.

  • Meet key performance indicators and engage in initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity.

  • Contribute to projects and assignments that align with business expectations.

  • Maintain high data accuracy and quality, and participate in training development.

  • Use daily customer service reports to assess and direct activities.

  • Participate in cross-training and support activities during peak seasons.

  • 0 years of customer service experience in an SSC/multinational environment required.

Education:

  • Requirement includes a high school diploma or relevant experience
