Key Responsibilities Market Development Saturate the market via existing panel builders and recruit new panel builder accounts. Identify and onboard new panel builder partners to expand coverage and market share. Relationship Management Build, manage, and secure relationships with key panel builders and business partners. Act as the primary point of contact for panel builder accounts, ensuring long-term engagement and loyalty. Sales Growth Understand customer needs and translate them into actionable solutions. Drive demand generation for Schneider Electric products and solutions through panel builder partners. Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives in the assigned territory. Cross-Selling & Collaboration Coordinate with internal Schneider Electric teams to cross-sell other products via panel builder pipelines. Work closely with marketing, technical, and support teams to deliver comprehensive solutions. What qualifications will make you successful for this role? Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in electrical or industrial solutions. Strong understanding of panel builder business models and electrical distribution networks. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
