About the role
Join our dynamic team as the Sales Manager-Digital Power Services to be responsible for driving growth of Digital Power services business across Qatar & Kuwait, covering electrical distribution, protection, power monitoring, power quality, and Digital Power software systems. The role owns services opportunity development, solution positioning, commercial leadership, and deal closure for Digital Power systems and their full lifecycle, including modernization, recurring services, and digital services. Key Responsibilities 1. Business Development & Market Growth: Own and grow the Digital Power services business in Qatar across Utilities, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, Data Centers, and large industrial/commercial facilities. Identify opportunities in: Electrical modernization & retrofit,protection relay and switchgear lifecycle services,power quality audits and mitigation projects,power monitoring and digital power software services,long‑term service agreements (AMC / LTSA) digital and recurring services. 2.Technical & Value‑Based Selling Engage customers to understand electrical reliability, safety, compliance, and asset‑performance challenges. Position Digital Power services built around the above systems as business value solutions (uptime, risk reduction, energy efficiency). Lead technical and commercial discussions with:Electrical managers,asset owners,O&M teams. consultants and EPCs. 3.Commercial Ownership & Deal Closure Own end‑to‑end commercial responsibility for Digital Power services opportunities:Pricing strategy,margin and risk management,contractual negotiations. Lead service tenders, proposals, and framework agreements. Ensure clear handover from sales to execution with well‑defined scope and risks. 4.Cross‑Functional Coordination Act as the single commercial focal point for Digital Power services in Qatar. Coordinate with:Services execution teams,digital power technical specialists,projects and solutions teams,channel partners and Eco Xperts. 5.Forecasting & Governance Own pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, and CRM reporting. Support monthly and quarterly business reviews. Ensure compliance with internal governance, safety, and quality standards. Required Technical Competencies: Strong understanding of LV/MV electrical distribution systems Solid knowledge of Protection relays and protection concepts,power quality fundamentals,power monitoring and metering architectures Experience with Digital Power software platforms (PME, EPO, Power Advisor) Understanding of electrical install base lifecycle services Ability to sell services and digital value, not just hardware Digital Power Scope (Products & Systems Covered) The role covers services around the following Digital Power systems and platforms: Electrical Distribution & Protection LV & MV electrical distribution systems Protection relays:Power Logic P1 / P3 / P5 / P7. Certifications (Advantageous): Power systems or electrical protection certifications Power quality or energy management certifications IEC 61850 or digital substation exposure Cybersecurity awareness for power systems (IEC 62443 context) Behavioural & Commercial Competencies: Strong problem‑solving and analytical mindset.
