• Develop and deploy machine learning models to production
• Mentor team members on data science best practices
• Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights
• Stay current with latest ML research and techniques
• Design and implement data pipelines for ML workflows
• Communicate findings to stakeholders through visualizations

• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation
• Strong communication and presentation skills
