Job Summary
The Registered Dietitian for BWFH Cardiac Rehabilitation Program provides nutrition counseling to patients during their exercise session, reviews the nutrition recall of their weekly records either in class in-person or types up recommendations for the patient that we give them at their next session. The Registered Dietitian teaches three 45-minute PowerPoint nutrition lectures (every 3 weeks in the 11-week curriculum, including mindful eating, heart healthy eating, label reading, and eating out). We have prepared nutrition handouts we use for these classes. We run groups on M/W/F.
- Mondays 8:30-12:00
- Wednesday 8:15-3:30
- Friday 9:30-3:00

Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree Clinical Dietitian required
- This position does not accept experience in lieu of a degree
Licenses and Credentials
- Dietitian and Nutritionist State License preferred
- Heartsaver CPR AED Certification CPR preferred
- Registered Dietitian RD preferred
- Registered Dietician Nutritionist RDN preferred
