Consultant - Business Consulting (Financial Services- Program Management)

As a Senior Consultant, you will assist in the leadership and delivery of engagements. You will build on your experience designing and executing transformation programs. You will collaborate and interface with client stakeholders daily. You will also be involved in branding, thought leadership, and knowledge management efforts to provide value-adding consulting services that enable our clients to meet the global landscape's changing needs. You will anchor sales proposal preparation and engagement delivery efforts.

• Collaborate with client counterparts to define long-term vision, goals, and strategies
• Drive large scale transformation programs to help organizations reimagine their business into an AI-powered enterprise
• Help clients devise data-driven business & operating models
• Help clients maximize value from large scale AI-led transformational initiatives
• Contribute to the design and development of client future processes and organizations with corresponding transformation roadmaps
• Conduct ideation workshops with a team of global business & technical professionals & subject matter experts, translating those requirements into priotitized roadmap, help prepare business case to implement the roadmap, track value
• Solution targeted processes, leveraging best practices
• Perform knowledge transfer to the client and supporting organizations throughout all phases of the project
• Providing & receiving regular feedback and ensuring effective communication and high satisfaction levels between the team and consultants under stressful circumstances

MANDATORY-
Project Management in Financial Services/Banking
MBA/CA from Tier 1/Tier 2
