About the role
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of robust Python applications using Django and Flask.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and enhance user interfaces with React.

Ensure the scalability and performance of web applications.

Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices.

Stay updated with emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Technology or related field.

5-8 years of professional experience in Python development.

Proven expertise in Django and Flask frameworks.
-
Strong proficiency in React for frontend development.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Angular for additional frontend capabilities.
-
Demonstrated leadership skills in a technology-driven environment.

Track record of successful project delivery and team collaboration.

Ability to adapt to new technologies and frameworks quickly.
Good to have skills:
RESTful APIs, Microservices, Pandas, Data Analysis, Docker
- Knowledge of more than one technology
- Basics of Architecture and Design fundamentals
- Knowledge of Testing tools
- Knowledge of agile methodologies
- Understanding of Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects
- Understanding of one or more Estimation methodologies, Knowledge of Quality processes
- Basics of business domain to understand the business requirements
- Analytical abilities, Strong Technical Skills, Good communication skills
- Good understanding of the technology and domain
- Ability to demonstrate a sound understanding of software quality assurance principles, SOLID design principles and modelling methods
- Awareness of latest technologies and trends
- Excellent problem solving, analytical and debugging skills
Education: MCA,MTech,Bachelor of Engineering,BTech
