BI platform Administration_Lead consultant

We are looking for an experienced BI Platform Administrator to manage, support, and optimize enterprise Business Intelligence platforms including Power BI, Tableau, and SAP Business Objects (BO). The role focuses on platform stability, performance, security, user management, upgrades, and governance to ensure reliable analytics delivery across the organization.

BI Platform Administration:

Administer and maintain Power BI Service, Tableau Server, and SAP Business Objects
Manage platform configuration, upgrades, patches, and version control
Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of BI platforms
Monitor system health, usage, and performance metrics

Security & Access Management:

Manage user provisioning, roles, permissions, and access control
Implement row-level security (RLS) and data-level security
Integrate with Active Directory / Azure AD / SSO
Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and standards

9-14 years of experience in BI Platform Administration
Strong hands-on experience with:

Power BI (Service, Gateways, Capacity, Security)
Tableau Server / Tableau Online
SAP Business Objects (CMC, Universes, WebI, Scheduling)

Experience with Windows/Linux servers
Knowledge of SQL and data sources (SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, etc.)
Experience with authentication and authorization mechanisms
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Education: Bachelor of Engineering
