R Studio Developer

We are looking for a skilled R Developer with hands-on experience using R Studio for data analysis, statistical modeling, and visualization. The role involves working with business and analytics teams to develop insights, build predictive models, and support data-driven decision-making using R-based solutions.

Develop and maintain data analysis and statistical models using R Studio
Perform data cleaning, transformation, and exploratory data analysis (EDA)
Build predictive, regression, and classification models using R
Create data visualizations, dashboards, and reports using R libraries
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand analytical requirements
Validate models and ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance
Document analytical processes, models, and results
Support deployment and integration of R models with other applications
Troubleshoot data and model-related issues
Work in Agile delivery environments and follow best practices

Strong hands-on experience with R Studio
Proficiency in R programming and statistical functions
Experience with R libraries such as dplyr, ggplot2, tidyr, caret, shiny
Good understanding of statistics and data analysis techniques
Experience working with structured and unstructured datasets
Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis
Familiarity with data visualization and reporting techniques
Exposure to version control tools (Git) and Agile practices
