Teradata Developer / Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Teradata professional with hands-on experience in data warehousing and analytics solutions. The role involves developing, optimizing, and supporting Teradata-based data models, queries, and reports to enable reliable and high-performance enterprise analytics.

Develop, maintain, and optimize Teradata SQL queries, views, and stored procedures
Design and implement data models to support reporting and analytics needs
Perform performance tuning of Teradata queries and workloads
Support data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity in Teradata systems
Troubleshoot and resolve production data and performance issues
Support testing, deployment, and documentation activities
Work within Agile delivery methodologies
Follow best practices for coding, optimization, and data management

Strong hands-on experience with Teradata
Proficiency in Teradata SQL, joins, subqueries, and analytical functions
Good understanding of Teradata architecture and utilities
Experience in data warehousing concepts (facts, dimensions, star/snowflake schemas)
Knowledge of ETL tools and data integration processes
Ability to analyze and optimize query performance
Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments
Experience working in production support environments is a plus
