AI Engineers Associate

We are seeking a passionate AI Engineer with hands-on experience in building Generative AI applications using Lang Chain and Lang Graph. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying LLM-powered solutions such as conversational agents, workflows, and intelligent applications, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI-driven business solutions.

Design and develop LLM-based applications using Lang Chain and Lang Graph
Build and orchestrate agentic workflows, multi-step reasoning pipelines, and AI graphs
Integrate LLMs with tools, APIs, vector databases, and external systems
Develop conversational AI solutions such as chatbots, copilots, and assistants
Implement prompt engineering, chaining strategies, and memory management
Optimize AI workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability
Collaborate with backend, frontend, and data teams for end-to-end AI solution delivery
Perform testing, debugging, and enhancement of AI pipelines
Stay updated with the latest trends in Generative AI and LLM ecosystems
Contribute to documentation, best practices, and reusable AI components

Hands-on experience with Lang Chain and/or Lang Graph:

Strong understanding of LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, open-source models, etc.)

Proficiency in Python:

Experience with prompt engineering and AI workflow orchestration
Familiarity with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma, etc.)
Experience integrating AI applications with REST APIs
Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Exposure to model deployment and monitoring concepts
