IT Delivery

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (B.E, B.Tech, BSC, BCA).

• 5–15 years of overall IT experience with strong exposure to test automation and quality engineering.

• Proven hands-on experience (5+ years) in Selenium-based automation for web applications.

• Strong programming skills in Python for building and maintaining automation frameworks and scripts.

• Solid experience working with Java in the context of automation or backend validation.

• Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable automation frameworks and test suites.

• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, defect lifecycle, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Ability to lead technical discussions, provide guidance to team members, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
