1. Experienced in the areas of BSS/OSS architecture, design and implementation for Telecom customers

2. Should have good product & domain knowledge

3. Candidate should demonstrate knowledge of Telecom Industry Standards/ regulations/ best practices in Telecom area like Frameworks (eTOM, TAM, SID)

4. Fair understanding of Product modelling concepts & UML data modelling

5. Experience in integration (CRM, Inventory, SCM, WFM, etc) with understanding around integration protocols like SOAP, REST , XML , JMS , JSON, etc.

6. Planning/Organisation Skills –Leadership & Direction Setting -Experience of different Methodologies -Seek out and Respond to Feedback -Coaching

7. Stakeholder Management , Requirements Analysis, Estimation & Enquiring Mindset
