岗位职责
1.主导大规模基础设施迁移项目/计划的全生命周期管理，统筹本地/云端混合基础设施环境的端到端迁移实施，确保项目按时、合规、高质量交付。
2.制定迁移策略、风险管控机制与资源调度方案，协调跨团队（运维、开发、安全等）及供应商资源，推动迁移过程中的技术攻关与问题闭环。
3.建立并优化基础设施项目管理流程，输出标准化文档（如迁移方案、风险评估报告），保障项目治理合规性与知识沉淀。
任职要求
1.大专及以上学历，8年以上基础设施项目管理经验，至少主导过2个以上大规模基础设施迁移项目（含本地/云端环境）。
2.深度理解基础设施架构（服务器、存储、网络、云平台等），熟悉混合云/多云迁移方法论与工具，具备复杂环境下的项目统筹与风险控制能力。
3. 英语听说读写流利，能独立进行英文书面与口头沟通，满足国际化项目协作需求。
