Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and Python to ensure the quality of software applications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and create comprehensive test plans.

• Identify, report, and track defects, and work closely with developers to resolve issues.

• Continuously enhance test frameworks and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

• Mentor junior team members and share best practices in automation testing.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Technology (B.Tech) or a related field.

• 5-9 years of experience in automation testing with a strong focus on Selenium and Python.

• Proven ability to develop and maintain automated test scripts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

• Experience in integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines.

• Familiarity with test management tools and frameworks.

• Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
