岗位职责
1.负责基于React技术栈的前端模块开发与迭代，构建高性能、可复用、可维护的组件与页面，确保用户体验流畅。
2.与后端、产品、UI/UX团队协作，参与需求拆解与接口对接，推动项目按时交付并持续优化交互体验。
3.负责前端性能优化、代码质量保障及工程化实践（如状态管理、路由、打包部署），提升系统稳定性与开发效率。
任职要求
1.大专及以上学历，3年以上React前端项目开发经验。
2.熟练掌握React及其生态（Hooks、Redux/Zustand、React Router等），具备独立开发高性能前端应用的能力。
3.熟悉HTML/CSS/JavaScript（ES6+），了解前端工程化与构建工具（Webpack/Vite），具备良好的代码规范与调试能力。
4.英文读写，口语可满足日常沟通。
