SRE Senior lead -Sourcing Team-Q1 26

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the reliability and performance of critical systems, implementing SRE best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy scalable microservices architecture.

• Utilize Python to automate processes, enhance system monitoring, and improve operational efficiency.

• Manage projects with a focus on timely delivery, resource allocation, and risk management.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize system performance and reliability.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Technology (B.Tech) or a related field.

• 8+ years of experience in SRE with strong Python programming skills.

• Proven track record in managing large-scale projects and systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with microservices architecture and related technologies.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to system reliability.

• Primary skills: Technology->DevOps->Site Reliability Engineering(SRE)

• Project Management fundamentals

• Project Lifecycles on development & maintenance projects, estimation methodologies, quality processes.

• Knowledge of one or more programming languages; knowledge of architecture frameworks, and design principles; ability to comprehend & manage technology, performance engineering.

• Domain – Basic domain knowledge in order to understand the business requirements / functionality.

• Ability to perform project planning and scheduling, manage tasks and coordinate project resources to meet objectives and timelines

• Ability to work with business and technology subject matter experts to assess requirements, define scope, create estimates, and produce project charters

• Good understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies is a pre-requisite

• Awareness of latest technologies and trends

• Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate
