岗位职责

1. 带领测试团队开展自动化测试相关工作，统筹团队测试任务；
2. 制定并执行测试计划、测试用例，搭建与落地自动化测试方案；
3. 组织项目工作会议，同步测试进度与问题；
4. 协同跨职能团队、业务及开发人员，定位并解决产品缺陷；
5. 协调后端系统，完成产品端到端测试验证工作；

任职要求

1. 本科及以上学历，8年及以上测试相关工作经验，具备团队管理能力；
2. 熟练使用Java+Selenium开展自动化测试，掌握API测试；
3. 具备SAP ERP系统测试、移动端应用测试经验；
4. 熟悉Playwright+Typescript优先，有零售电商行业背景优先；
5. 精通测试流程与方法，拥有丰富的手工测试与测试计划编写经验优先；
6. 英语口语流利。
