岗位职责
1.负责Microsoft Active Directory（AD）、ADFS、Azure AD、AD/LDS等身份管理系统的设计、部署、优化与日常运维，保障目录服务高可用、安全合规。
2.主导混合云/多云环境下（AWS、Google Cloud、Microsoft Azure）的身份同步、认证授权及权限管理，支持本地与云端基础设施的集成迁移。
3.维护核心网络服务（Windows、UNIX、DNS、DHCP、WINS、DFS），排查并解决账号权限、组策略、域名解析、文件服务等基础设施故障。
任职要求
1.大专及以上学历， 5年以上AD/身份管理领域经验，有混合云（AWS/Azure/Google）身份项目经验优先。
2.精通AD、ADFS、Azure AD、AD/LDS架构与配置，熟悉Windows/UNIX系统，具备DNS/DHCP/WINS/DFS等网络服务运维能力。
3.具备云平台（AWS、Azure、Google Cloud）身份集成经验，能独立设计并实施跨云/混合云身份解决方案。
4. 英语听说读写流利，能独立进行英文书面与口头沟通，满足国际化项目协作需求。
