Sr. MicroStrategy Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Micro Strategy Developer / Lead with 9+ years of hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and managing enterprise‑scale Micro Strategy BI solutions. The ideal candidate will lead BI initiatives, ensure high-performance reporting, and act as a subject matter expert for Micro Strategy while collaborating closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Micro Strategy Design & Development:

Lead the design, development, and enhancement of Micro Strategy dashboards, dossiers, documents, and reports
Design and manage schema objects including attributes, facts, hierarchies, transformations, and metrics
Build and optimize Intelligent Cubes and implement appropriate VLDB settings
Translate complex business requirements into scalable BI solutions

9+ years of experience in Micro Strategy Development
Strong hands-on experience with:

Micro Strategy Desktop, Web, and Admin tools
Schema design (attributes, facts, metrics, hierarchies)

Intelligent Cubes and VLDB properties:

Strong SQL expertise and data modeling skills
Experience with large-scale data warehouses (Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake, etc.)
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and leadership skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Education: Bachelor of Engineering
