AI/BigData/Python Consultant

We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on AI Tech Lead with 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development to lead technical initiatives and guide a team of engineers. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and AI systems architecture, along with a passion for solving real-world problems through intelligent automation and data-driven solutions.

Technical Leadership:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions.
Architect scalable AI systems and ensure integration with existing platforms.
Review code, mentor junior engineers, and enforce best practices in model development and deployment.
Project Delivery:
Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to define AI use cases.
Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables across multiple AI initiatives.

Innovation & R&D:

Stay current with emerging AI technologies and frameworks.
Experiment with new algorithms, tools, and techniques to improve model performance and efficiency.
Operational Excellence:
Implement MLOps practices for model lifecycle management.
Monitor model performance and ensure reliability, fairness, and compliance.
