岗位职责：

1. 负责大型项目的规划、执行与控制，包括进度、预算、风险管控等；
2. 项目管理中的协商与谈判，有效说服与影响项目成员；
3. 运用敏捷与SAFe框架领导项目团队，确保项目交付符合业务目标与时间要求；
4. 熟练使用项目管理与协作工具（如JIRA、Confluence）进行项目跟踪、报告与文档管理；
5. 深入理解金融服务行业的监管要求与数字化转型流程，确保项目合规性与高质量交付。

任职要求：

1. 大专及以上学历，10年以上项目管理经验，金融、银行或相关行业背景优先；
2. 精通项目规划、控制、预算与风险管理工作，熟悉敏捷与SAFe方法论；
3. 熟练使用JIRA、Confluence等项目交付与协作工具；
4. 具备卓越的跨文化沟通、谈判与协调能力；
5. 对金融服务行业的监管环境与数字化交付流程有深入理解，能应对复杂项目挑战；
6. 英语口语流利。
