UI/UX Designer

This role expands focus from execution to influence within delivery teams. You will own workstreams, elevate craft quality, and begin shaping solutions beyond individual features.

Design and deliver artifacts across digital and service environments.

Collaborate closely with partners to understand broader organizational goals.
Use storytelling to influence decisions and build trust.
Stay current with design trends, methods, and tools.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
2+ years of professional design experience.
Strong ability to communicate ideas and influence decisions.
Demonstrated understanding of industry standards.
Strong time and issue management skills.
Experience executing work end-to-end.
Ability to give and receive critiques.
Proficiency in relevant design tools.

Education: Bachelor of Design,Bachelor of Engineering
