1.本科及以上学历，5年及以上敏捷项目经验，具备Scrum Master认证（如CSM、SAFe等）优先。
2.熟悉Scrum框架及其实践，有带领离岸团队经验者优先考虑。
3.熟练使用Jira/Confluence等工具，具备软件开发背景或CI/CD流程经验更佳。
4.具备较强的组织协调能力和问题解决能力，善于引导团队成长并在复杂环境中推进项目进展。
5.良好的中英文沟通能力，粤语流利。
