
Informatica MDM/IDQ/R360 Admin
About the role
We are looking for an experienced Informatica Administrator with strong expertise in Informatica MDM, IDQ (Informatica Data Quality), and Reference 360 (R360). The candidate will be responsible for administration, monitoring, performance tuning, and operational support of Informatica platforms in a production environment, ensuring high availability, security, and data reliability.
Administer, maintain, and support Informatica MDM, IDQ, and Reference 360 (R360) environments
Install, configure, upgrade, and patch Informatica components across DEV, QA, and PROD
Manage Informatica Hub Server, Process Server, Application Server, and Services
Perform user management, roles, privileges, and security configurations
Monitor system health, performance, jobs, workflows, and batch processing
Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution
Support application deployments, environment refreshes, and production releases
Manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities
Tune system performance and optimize batch and real-time processing
Coordinate with development, data governance, and infrastructure teams
Ensure platform compliance with enterprise security and governance standards
Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and runbooks
5+ years of experience in Informatica Administration
Strong hands-on experience with:
Informatica MDM
Informatica Data Quality (IDQ)
Reference 360 (R360)
Experience with:
Hub Console, Provisioning Tool, and Configuration Manager
Batch jobs, workflows, match & merge processes
Knowledge of Linux/Unix system administration
Strong understanding of databases (Oracle / PostgreSQL / SQL Server)
Experience in application server administration (Web Logic / Tomcat)
Familiarity with networking, SSL certificates, and security concepts
Exposure to cloud-based deployments (AWS / Azure / GCP is a plus)
Informatica certifications (MDM / IDQ)
Experience with Active-Passive / Active-Active MDM setups
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation
Experience with ITSM tools (Service Now, JIRA)
Exposure to data governance, data stewardship, and data quality frameworks
