IDQ/MDM Admin

We are looking for an experienced IDQ / MDM Administrator with 5+ years of hands-on experience in administering, supporting, and monitoring Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) and Informatica Master Data Management (MDM) platforms. The role involves ensuring platform stability, performance, security, and smooth day-to-day operations across multiple environments.

Administer, manage, and support Informatica IDQ and MDM environments across DEV, QA, and PROD
Install, configure, upgrade, and patch Informatica IDQ and MDM components
Manage Hub Server, Application Server, Process Server, and Services
Perform user access management, roles, privileges, and security configurations
Monitor system performance, batch jobs, workflows, real-time services, and alerts
Perform incident management, issue troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
Support application releases, deployments, and environment refresh activities
Perform backup, restore, and disaster recovery operations
Tune system performance and optimize batch and real-time processes
Coordinate with development, data governance, infrastructure, and DBA teams
Ensure compliance with enterprise security, governance, and operational standards
Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and runbooks

5+ years of experience in Informatica IDQ and MDM Administration
Strong hands-on experience with:

Informatica MDM Hub administration:

Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) platform support
Batch processing, workflows, and scheduling

Experience with:

Hub Console, Provisioning Tool, and Informatica Admin Console
Application servers (Web Logic / Tomcat)

Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix system administration
Good understanding of databases (Oracle / PostgreSQL / SQL Server)
Experience with performance monitoring and tuning
Familiarity with networking, SSL certificates, and security concepts
Experience supporting production environments

Informatica certifications (IDQ / MDM)
Experience with multi-domain or multi-hub MDM setups
Exposure to cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Experience with ITSM tools such as Service Now or JIRA
Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks
Basic scripting skills (Shell / Python)
