About the role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Informatica MDM Administrator / Lead with 9+ years of expertise in administering, supporting, and optimizing Informatica Master Data Management (MDM) platforms. The role requires hands-on technical leadership in managing complex MDM environments, ensuring stability, performance, security, and availability while supporting enterprise data governance initiatives.
MDM Platform Administration & Operations:
Lead administration of Informatica MDM Hub across Development, Test, UAT, and Production environments
Install, configure, upgrade, and patch Informatica MDM components
Manage MDM Hub repositories, services, batch processes, and real-time integrations
Monitor platform health, availability, and performance to ensure SLA compliance
9+ years of hands-on experience in Informatica MDM Administration
Strong expertise in:
Informatica MDM Hub:
IDD (Informatica Data Director)
Process Server / Workflow Manager
Strong understanding of MDM concepts (match rules, survivorship, hierarchies)
Experience with Linux/Unix environments
Strong knowledge of RDBMS (Oracle / SQL Server)
Experience in batch processing, job monitoring, and scheduling
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
Experience working in enterprise-scale, high-availability environments
Education: Bachelor of Engineering
