WD Senior Manager UI/UX

Program & Portfolio Management : Lead global client engagements, manage SOW, resource planning, budgets, and timelines. Oversee multiple product portfolios to ensure growth and profitability.
Research/Design Leadership : Define vision and frameworks; institutionalize best practices across teams and verticals.
Strategic Influence : Shape product and project strategies through insights; establish design vision, standards, and governance frameworks.
Risk & Quality Management Define UX/UI success metrics and establish clear boundaries to prevent scope creep. Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate delivery risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Design Reviews : Conduct regular design reviews to ensure alignment with client objectives, usability standards, and organizational guidelines. Provide actionable feedback to maintain design integrity.

• Proficient in new technologies like AI and implementation in the solutioning part.
• Design collaboration tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Miro/Fig Jam
• Project management tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Office Tools

Education: Bachelor of Design,Bachelor of Engineering
