Job Responsibilities

Handles customer inquiries related to service issues, including Internet and Phone, through phone calls.

Troubleshoot technical problems include but not limited to: Internet & Wi Fi connectivity issues, Phone/VoIP and work to resolve customer issues to satisfaction.

Utilize and navigate in multiple systems & diagnostic tools to verify customer services, perform trouble isolation and repair of service.

Provide excellent customer service and professionalism resolving customer issues and inquiries.

Ability to accept and implement coachisng and feedback in order to achieve individual or team performance objectives.
-
Educate and recommend products that enhance or resolve a customer’s issue.
-
Handling of escalated issues and when to engage internal for field support teams for resolution.

Job Specifications

Graduate of any degree. Undergraduates are encouraged to apply with vast related experience.

General knowledge of the telecommunication products and service offerings
-
Must possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Possess technical aptitude for performing technical tasks to resolve customer issues.

Ability to work in a high intensity, fast-pace environment.

Ability to work a flexible or rotating 24x7 shifts and possible split offs
-
Ability to work independently or as a member of a team.

Perform other duties as deemed necessary by management to support our customer.
Desired Skills:
- Good telephone communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to resolve customers’ complaints with a focus on quality.
- Technical experience in troubleshooting internet issues.
- Tech Savvy
- PC skills (Windows), 10-key and keyboarding skills.
