SAP Program Manager

As part of the Infosys Program Management team, you will take complete, end to end responsibility for delivering S/4 Greenfield Programs that help clients navigate their digital transformation journey

Project Leadership & Delivery:

• Own end to end responsibility for delivering S/4 Greenfield Programs
• Review and lead proposal preparation, project estimations, and inputs from key stakeholders to position Infosys competitively.
• Plan, schedule, monitor, and report project progress while managing risks, dependencies, and overall delivery health.

Stakeholder & Team Management:

• Collaborate with cross functional teams, business stakeholders, technical consultants, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.
• Coach and mentor team members, provide timely feedback, and foster a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and innovation.
• Contribute to thought leadership within the SAP project management space in alignment with Infosys processes and policies.

Agile Delivery Excellence:

• Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies to drive iterative delivery and continuous improvement.

• Promote best practices in Agile execution for enhanced project outcomes.

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in SAP Project Management.

• Program Managed at least one S/4 Greenfield Implementation

• Proven experience delivering SAP projects end to end—implementation, rollout, upgrade, and migration.

• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile frameworks, project estimation methods, and quality processes.

• Ability to manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively.

• Experience working with business and technology SMEs to define requirements, create project charters, and align deliverables with business goals.

• Awareness of emerging SAP technologies, digital trends, and architecture principles.

• Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem solving skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
