• Contribute to various phases of the GRC engagements such as requirements gathering, process/workflow design, solution configuration, testing, and deployment.

• Ability to work effectively as a team leader, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating clients and Infosys leadership on status of assigned workstreams.

• Responsible to provide end to end support for IBM Open Pages and Cognos development or Manage Services engagements.

• Help prepare reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties.

• Planning and monitoring of the project deliverables from the team.

• Mentor the project team in executing the identified projects.

• Ability to work effectively as a team lead and member, share responsibility, provide support, maintain communication, update senior team members on progress and mentor the team.

• Ability to prepare effort estimates and support the sales/pre-sales activities. Help prepare replies to RFP, create POCs that will be demonstrated to clients and other parties

• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel.

• Review, plan and monitor the project deliverables from the team.

• Act as an interface with the client/onsite representatives as and when needed

• Demonstrate flexibility to travel to the customer locations on need basis

• Understand, analyze the requirements, allocate tasks, and update status reports

• Prepare project documentation and procedures

• Understanding and adherence of software development life cycle & defect life cycle

• Assist in development / testing of complex modules

• Ensure on-time delivery of allocated tasks

• Ensuring adherence to quality processes specified for the project

• Act as a Project Lead/Assist the lead in successful execution of the project (estimation, reviews, customer satisfaction, etc.)

• Implementation and advisory experience in GRC Domain.

• Should have completed end to end implementations for IBM Open Pages

• Should have knowledge about Open Pages OOB solutions

• Experience in Open Pages technical aspects

• Open Pages Schema: Object Types, Field Groups, Fields, Profiles.

• UI: Open Pages Views and Dashboards

• Enhancements: Workflows, Calculation, Schedules, Custom Actions

• Advanced enhancements: Open Pages Triggers and Helpers (React and Dojo).

• Cognos reports development and administrations

• Cognos Notifications

• Configuring access control on Solution level, application-level, record-level, and field-level.

• Experience in integrating IBM Open Pages with 3rd Party applications using API’s.

• Understanding of the Open Pages solutions like Internal Audit, Operational Risk, IT Governance, Third Party Risk, Regulatory Compliance, Policy, Business Continuity, Model Risk

• Knowledge of the OOB Object Model and Customizations.

• Basic understanding of GRC domain including Information Security and Risk Management.

• Knowledge of Installation / Maintenance activities for managing IBM Open Pages.

• Experience of designing custom solutions in IBM Open Pages and Cognos to meet specific client requirements.

• Experience of packaging the product for delivery / production deployment

• Knowledge of other GRC platforms (Archer, Process Unity, Service Now GRC) will be an added advantage

• Demonstrated experience in delivery management and client management

• B.E/B.Tech (Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunications, Comp. Science)

• Knowledge of IBM Open Pages, Cognos Analytics and SQL.

• Knowledge of IBM Open Pages and Cognos Installation and server maintenance.

• Administration experience of IBM Open Pages and Cognos environment.

• Relevant professional certifications such as Certified IBM Open Pages, Cognos Administrator, Information Security or Risk Management certifications.
