MicroStrategy Developer

We are looking for an experienced Micro Strategy Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting Micro Strategy BI solutions. The candidate will work closely with business users, data teams, and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, high‑performance dashboards and reports that enable data‑driven decision‑making.

Micro Strategy Development:

Design, develop, and maintain Micro Strategy reports, dossiers, dashboards, and documents
Develop and manage attributes, facts, hierarchies, metrics, and filters
Build and maintain logical and physical data models in Micro Strategy
Implement Intelligent Cubes and VLDB properties for performance optimization

Performance & Optimization:

Optimize Micro Strategy reports and dashboards for performance and scalability
Troubleshoot report performance issues and resolve data inconsistencies
Tune SQL generated by Micro Strategy in coordination with DBAs

5+ years of experience in Micro Strategy Development
Strong hands-on experience with:

Micro Strategy Desktop & Web:

Schema Objects (Attributes, Facts, Hierarchies)
Metrics, Filters, Prompts

Strong SQL knowledge and experience with relational databases
Experience working with enterprise data warehouses
Understanding of BI concepts and dimensional modeling
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Good communication and stakeholder interaction skills
