Expertise in primary and secondary research, base research on factual evidence, and have rigorous analysis capabilities
Experience in using analytical and data visualizations tools − Intellectual curiosity, problem-solving skills and strong analytical thinking

Think strategically
Take ownership of research themes, including defining the key perspectives, planning all content, and working with marketing to amplify and extend the reach of published assets
Must be an agile strategic planner should manage each thought leadership project throughout the value chain by thinking strategically and acting swiftly
Drive thought leadership projects by conversing, collaborating and coordinating with industry vertical leaders, offering experts, and enabling functions (e.g., Marketing, Public Relations) across geographies to understand needs and align to Infosys strategy
Understand Infosys services, strategy, and client engagements, and define unique perspectives and engaging narrative angles. Help Infosys units articulate their expertise, and increase their quality and volume of thought leadership content
Collaborate with Knowledge Institute colleagues (writers, analysts, designers, editors, other producers and the studio) to guide research and content creation
Develop insights
Develop and use structured outlines to develop story logic and generate supporting evidence like statistics and stories
Lead and conduct primary research - quantitative through surveys and data, and qualitative through clients and interviews
Lead and conduct secondary research - gather evidence, through quantitative research and sampling interviews
Guide Infosys experts to shape logical arguments (perspectives)
Write content
The Knowledge Consultant should craft high-quality thought leadership content
Assess content based on thought leadership framework and redesign according to our standards
Independently develop, and write thought leadership, with a mix of industry and service offering emphasis
Develop output: white papers, points of view, blog posts, external articles, infographics, and case studies
Present output
The Knowledge Consultant should elicit insights and recommendations through a compelling story for internal and external action and publication
Prepare, participate, and periodically represent Infosys in industry conferences and seminars
Participate in discussions with the analyst community (e.g., Gartner and Forrester)
8+ years in research, analysis, writing, reviewing and editing with an understanding of industries, functions and technologies
- Role is based out of Bangalore
Education: Bachelor of Engineering
