1.大专或以上学历，10年以上相关工作经验，具备银行、金融服务领域复杂需求分析实战经验；
2.精通敏捷、SAFE敏捷实践，熟练使用JIRA、Confluence及主流项目交付框架工具；
3.有领导或深度参与多区域、海外金融项目的经验，能适配全球化产品需求迭代，独立完成端到端需求分析与落地跟进；
4.出色的英语口语及沟通管理能力，可独立主导跨境/海外项目需求会议。
