Sr Data Governance Consultant

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Quality & Data Governance Lead with deep expertise in Informatica MDM to drive enterprise‑wide data quality, governance, and master data initiatives. The role will provide technical and functional leadership in defining governance frameworks, ensuring trusted master data, and enabling consistent, compliant, and high‑quality data across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Governance Leadership:

Lead the design and implementation of enterprise Data Governance frameworks
Define and enforce data standards, policies, ownership, and stewardship models
Identify and manage Critical Data Elements (CDEs) and data domains
Establish governance operating models, workflows, and escalation paths
Facilitate Data Governance Councils and steward communities
Support regulatory, audit, and compliance initiatives

Data Quality Management:

Define and own enterprise data quality strategy
Design and monitor data quality rules, KPIs, scorecards, and dashboards

9+ years of experience in Data Quality, Data Governance, and MDM
Strong hands-on experience with Informatica MDM
Solid understanding of:

Master Data Management concepts:

Match & merge, survivorship, hierarchies

Proven experience defining and managing data quality frameworks and metrics
Strong SQL and data analysis skills
Experience working in enterprise-scale data environments
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Education: Bachelor of Engineering
