SAP Fieldglass

We are seeking an experienced SAP Fieldglass Consultant with 7–10 years of hands‑on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Fieldglass (CW / SOW / Services Procurement). The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, procurement teams, and integrations teams to deliver scalable and compliant contingent workforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end‑to‑end SAP Fieldglass implementations including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment

Configure Fieldglass modules:

Contingent Workforce (CW)
Services Procurement (SOW)

Worker Profile Management:

Statement of Work (Deliverables‑based & Time‑based)

Conduct workshops with business and procurement stakeholders to understand workforce management needs
Perform system configuration related to job postings, workflows, approvals, rate structures, supplier management, and compliance
Manage integrations with SAP S/4HANA / ECC / Ariba / Success Factors / Third‑party VMS systems
Support data migration, UAT, cutover, and post‑go‑live support
Provide production support, issue analysis, and continuous improvements
Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical/integration teams
Ensure compliance with regional labor laws, tax requirements, and audit standards
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to best practices and templates

7–10 years of overall experience with minimum 6–7 years in SAP Fieldglass
Strong hands‑on experience in:

SAP Fieldglass CW & SOW modules:

Workflow and approval configuration
Rate structures, supplier setup, and worker classification

Experience with integrations (API / Web Services / Flat File)
Good understanding of procurement, vendor management, and contingent workforce processes
Exposure to global implementations (US, EMEA, APAC)
Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in Agile / Waterfall project environments
