Job Summary

Operations Manager – SRE & Intelligent Infrastructure. The Operations Manager leads next-generation infrastructure operations, transforming traditional tower-based delivery into a converged, platform-driven, and SRE-aligned operating model. This role is responsible for end-to-end ownership of core infrastructure services, including compute, cloud, databases, storage, and backup. It ensures high availability, automation-first operations, AI-driven insights, and elimination of reactive/manual models. The role operates in a single-provider delivery model with full accountability for stability, performance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Ownership: Own 24x7 infrastructure operations, ensure stability, eliminate silos, and drive integrated delivery. -Converged Platform Model: Drive cross-skilled teams and platform engineering mindset. -SRE & Reliability: Implement SLI/SLO/Error budgets, reduce toil, improve resilience. -AI-led Operations: Use AIOps and GenAI for prediction, RCA, and decision support. -Hyper automation: Implement automation pipelines and self-healing systems. -Observability: Drive full-stack observability and anomaly detection. -Predictive Operations: Enable trend-based planning and risk prevention. -Change Governance: Ensure zero outage changes with strong validation. -Backup & Resilience: Ensure backup success, DR readiness, and recovery. -Security & Compliance: Drive patching, vulnerability fixes, audit readiness. -Governance: Run control tower, dashboards, and reporting. -Team Leadership: Build cross-skilled, automation-first teams. -Transformation: Drive AI, automation, and continuous improvement.
