Job Summary

Summary:

Skilled GA4 & GTM to lead the implementation, management, and optimization of web analytics across digital platforms. Should have strong expertise in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, event tracking, data Layer architecture. Experienced working with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and engineering.Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation of Google Analytics 4 (GA4)** across websites and digital platforms Define and implement** event tracking strategy**, including page views, conversions, custom events, and user journeys Configure** enhanced measurement, custom dimensions, and metrics** in GA4Ensure compliance with GA4 best practices and data governance standards Develop and manage** Google Tag Manager containers**, tags, triggers, and variables Implement and maintain** data Layer architecture** for scalable tracking Deploy and manage third-party tags (e.g., marketing pixels, conversion tracking)Optimize GTM performance and ensure minimal impact on page load Conduct** QA testing, debugging, and validation** of tracking implementations Use tools like** GA Debugger, Tag Assistant, Chrome DevTools

Identify and resolve tracking issues and discrepancies Build and maintain GA4 reports and dashboards

Analyse user behaviour, conversion funnels, and campaign performance Collaborate with stakeholders to translate data into actionable business insights

Support data integration with Big Query / Looker Studio (Data Studio)Work closely with developers, product teams, and marketing teams

Gather tracking requirements from stakeholders and translate into implementation plans

Technical Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with:Google Analytics 4 (GA4)Google Tag Manager (GTM)Event tracking and conversion tracking Data Layer implementation and management Debugging tools and testing methodologies Knowledge of:JavaScript (for custom tracking)HTML/CSS basics Experience with:Looker Studio (Data Studio)Big Query (preferred)

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the design and development of scalable applications on google cloud platform.

2. Collaborate with cross functional teams to define technical solutions and architecture for gcp projects.

3. Conduct code reviews, ensure code quality, and provide technical guidance to the development team.

4. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to gcp application development.

5. Stay updated on the latest gcp services, features, and best practices to optimize application performance.

6. Implement security measures and compliance standards in gcp applications.

7. Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in google cloud platform services such as compute engine, app engine, cloud storage, bigquery, and cloud functions.

2. Experience with programming languages like python, java, or node.js for gcp application development.

3. Strong understanding of microservices architecture, containers, and container orchestration tools like kubernetes on gcp.

4. Handson experience in designing and implementing restful apis and integrating third-party services on gcp.

5. Knowledge of ci/cd pipelines, automation tools, and infrastructure as code (iac) on gcp.

6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast paced, collaborative environment.

7. Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders, present technical solutions, and lead discussions on gcp application development strategies.

Other Requirements

1.Google Professional Cloud Developer certification is preferred.
