About the role
Job Summary
This role is responsible for delivering advanced support and technical expertise in managing client devices and endpoints using Microsoft Intune, MS Enterprise Mobility Suite, and related tools. The individual ensures robust lifecycle management, incident resolution, and security compliance for enterprise clients, directly contributing to operational continuity and customer satisfaction. They are expected to demonstrate advanced proficiency in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and process improvement within the client device management environment.
Key Responsibilities

Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for escalated incidents in Microsoft Intune and MS Enterprise Mobility Suite, ensuring compliance with quality standards and security policies.

Perform root cause analysis on complex technical and security issues affecting client lifecycle management, delivering sustainable solutions and documenting findings in the knowledge base.

Implement and optimize device configuration, security policies, and compliance settings using Intune, EMS, and GCP IAM Service to enhance endpoint security and user productivity.

Collaborate with internal support teams to resolve complex tickets within defined SLAs, ensuring seamless device operations and a strong security posture.

Update and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles related to CLM and Intune processes, supporting continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Mentor and coach analysts and new team members on MS Intune and EMS best practices, promoting skill development and adherence to operational procedures.

Monitor and report on device compliance, security incidents, and user satisfaction, proactively identifying opportunities for process and service enhancement.
Skill Requirements

Advanced proficiency in Client Life Cycle Management using Microsoft Intune and MS Enterprise Mobility Suite.

Indepth knowledge of device enrollment, configuration, security policy implementation, and compliance management.

Solid troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills for technical and security incidents in enterprise environments.

Experience with GCP IAM Service administration in conjunction with endpoint management.

Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, security standards, and operational policies for device management.

Advanced communication skills for effective collaboration, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
Other Requirements

Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (optional but valuable).
