About the role
Job Summary
Mandatory skills & competencies
1.End User IT Equipment lifecycle & HAM expertise, including inventory, asset, and stock management across the full lifecycle.
2.Hands-on experience with ITSM and procurement platforms, specifically Service Now (Incident, Request, Asset, Stock, Knowledge), Ariba, and similar tools.
- Procurement operations capability, covering vendor coordination, global purchasing, goods receipt, and invoice processing.
4.Strong reporting and analytical skills, with advanced use of Microsoft Excel for tracking, analysis, and reporting.
5.IT equipment catalogue and master data management, including pricing, configurations, workflows, and documentation upkeep.
6.Clear written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with global internal teams and customers.
Secondary skills
7.Knowledge of e‑waste disposal processes and compliance, including tools and operational procedures.
8.Operational coordination skills, including participation in meetings and cross‑team alignment across regions and time zones.
9.Professional maturity and integrity, demonstrated through confidentiality, credibility, and strong teamwork.

10.High adaptability and self‑driven mindset, with flexibility to take on additional responsibilities and work independently in a shift-based, global setup.
Key Responsibilities

To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies.

To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue.

Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts.

To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time.

To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases.
